It started as a desire to connect…

To connect creative women to share information, inspiration, and ideas.

For nearly two decades this not-for-profit organisation has done just that. We’ve connected 1000s of creative women, hosted talks, networking events, mentoring programs, workshops, panels, and celebrations, and continue to connect creative women across the spectrum of creative pursuits. 

Our members include everyone from graphic designers to authors, and sole business owners or CEOs in small and large businesses.

Creative Women's Circle to The Exchange Society was born out of a strategic necessity to align with the evolving landscape of our creative community and the broader professional world.

Recognising the need for inclusivity and adaptability in today's dynamic environment, the transition allows us to extend our reach beyond gender-specific boundaries, fostering connections with a diverse range of individuals.

The Exchange Society signifies a proactive move towards a more expansive and collaborative network, emphasising innovation, growth, and partnership opportunities.
